Peaches are an extraordinarily important source of vitamins and mineral salts. Most of the vitamins are located under their peel, so peach should be peeled very thinly. In addition, it can serve as a very useful therapeutic agent against anemia, and you can make a very useful mask from it, especially if you have dry skin.
Peel the skin off of one or two peaches, and remove the pit. Mash the peaches with a fork and apply it on the face and neck (especially if you’re in your thirties). The mask is ideal for dry skin, although it can be used for all skin types.
If you have a little more time, strain some peach pulp through a clean gauze and apply the juice on your face with a cotton pad. Leave it on until it dries. The juice will give your face an extraordinary freshness and elasticity.
Use peach if you want to have tight skin. Take one peeled peach and one egg white and mix everything together in a blender. Apply this to your face and leave it on for half an hour. Then wash your face with cold water. The peach will act as Botox.
Exfoliate your skin
For this scrub you will need 2 peaches, 1 tablespoon of honey, 2 tablespoons of powdered milk and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. Mash the honey, milk and peaches, and apply the mixture on your face and leave it on for 15 minutes. Then rinse your face with lukewarm water in which you had already put the lemon juice. Finally, rinse with cool water. This scrub is perfect for cleaning your face.
Add volume to your hair
If you have thin and sparse hair, peach leaves can help your hair have some volume. Take a handful of leaves, cover them with 250 ml of boiling water, leave the mixture to cool, and then drain it. Apply this on your hair after you’ve washed it and do not rinse.
